Infralink Exchange Playbook updated
When £500k of funding was allocated to our Digital Connectivity team's Infralink-Exchange programme by UK government’s Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport at the start of 2022, one of the outputs to be delivered by the team was a Playbook.
Its purpose is to help other public sector bodies learn from the team's work carried out in partnership with the Tay Cities local authorities (Perth & Kinross, Fife, Dundee and Angus) to deliver improved engagement with the mobile sector and identify assets for mobile network equipment to support greater connectivity.
The new Playbook contains a number of case studies, such as the Perth and Kinross Council's 5G small cell agreement being put in place in one month where previously it would have taken six.
In November the team published an interim Playbook, which has now been superseded by the final document which is available from this link.
